INGRIDIENTS
- 1 dozen chicken wings
- 2 tbsp sweet mango pickle
- 1tsp bhuna jeera
- 1 green chilli
- 1 medium size ginger
- 2 lemons
- 50 gms coriander stems
- 250 gms sesame
- Black salt
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Oil a baking tray & roast chicken wings that have been basted in oil at 120˚ C for 12 minutes.
- Marinate the roasted chicken with sweet mango pickle, bhuna jeera, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, coriander stems and black salt.
- Sprinkle some sesame.
- Roast again at 190˚ C for 15 minutes.
