Ingredients

  • 8 Kwiwfruit, ripe
  • 1 cup Cream, beaten
  • 1 cupPlain yoghurt
  • ½ cupMarsala
  • 2 TbspCaster sugar
  • 2 tspGelatine
  • 1Egg yolk

Directions

  • Poach peeled and sliced kiwifruit in marsala until reduced dry. Cool
  • Dissolve gelatine in ¼ c water, heat. Add to kiwifruit, mash together. Whisk in cream and yogurt.
  • Serve in glasses topped with fruit with an optional grand marnier drizzle.
