INGREDIENTS
- Banana
- 1 Tbsp walnuts
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 cup honey
- Pinch of cardamom powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Smash the banana ,add milk and yogurt
- Blend all the incredients till it gives smooth, fluffy and creamy texture
- Banana walnut lassi is ready to taste.
