INGREDIENTS

  • Banana
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup honey
  • Pinch of cardamom powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Smash the banana ,add milk and yogurt
  • Blend all the incredients till it gives smooth, fluffy and creamy texture
  • Banana walnut lassi is ready to taste.
